By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. This website serves as my personal freelance branding portfolio and service inquiry page.

P2P Payments & Currency

All direct freelance projects are conducted on a person-to-person basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all pricing and invoices are issued and payable in US Dollars (USD). A 50% upfront deposit is required before any project work begins, with the remaining 50% balance due immediately upon project completion and prior to final file delivery.

Intellectual Property

All portfolio case studies, original designs, and concepts displayed on this website are my intellectual property. Past client logos or brand marks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed here solely for portfolio reference.

Governing Law

Any legal disputes, claims, or issues arising from the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
